We’re open 10 AM – 10 PM,
Friday and Saturday 10AM TO 11:00 PM 7 days a week.

Do you offer takeout or delivery?
Yes. You can order directly for pickup, and we’re also on [DoorDash / Uber Eats / Grubhub].
Can I place an order online?
Absolutely—just head over online link and we’ll have it ready.
Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes, we’ve got vegetarian/vegan menu
Do you offer gluten-free options?
We do just ask for a gluten-free bun or lettuce wrap.
Can I customize my burger?
Of course. Build it your way—add or remove toppings, switch sauces, or try different cheeses.
Do you serve fries, sides, or drinks?

Do you cater or handle large group orders?

What oil do you use in your kitchens?
We currently use butter on the grill, beef tallow/canola oil in our fryers, and a blended oil on our Smash Fries. To see the full list of offerings, please visit www.smashburger.com and select the “Menu” tab at the top of the page and then select “Nutrition”. The link is also provided below. Once there you will be able to customize your menu items to fit your dietary needs. Please be aware that all Smashburger menu items are prepared using shared equipment, including our fried items. It is likely that cross-contact with allergens you wish to avoid may occur during preparation. Are there any locations that do not accept Gift Cards/Rewards
Yes, our non-traditional locations do not accept gift cards/rewards. Non traditional locations include Casinos, Airports, Universities, and Stadiums.

SMASHREWARDS-FAQ'S
How does BurgerHub Rewards work?
Once you’ve enrolled, you’ll earn 10 points per $1 spent at BurgerHub. Points earned will automatically accrue when you order in our app or burgerhub.com. If you’re in a restaurant, you will need to scan your app at the register or give them your phone number before checkout.
You can redeem your points for free menu items in addition to monthly exclusive deals, bonus birthday gifts, and a Free Fry after your first visit.
How do I earn FREE Fries for signing up?
Once you’ve signed up, place your first order in the app, online, or in a restaurant using your reward account. Next, we’ll add a FREE Fries reward into your Rewards Wallet within 24-48 hours.
How do I enroll?
You can join BurgerHub Rewards by signing up on our website at burgerhub.com/create-account or by downloading the Smashburger app from the App Store or Google Play.
How do I move to higher status?
Once you visit us 3 times in a calendar year, you’re promoted to Super Smasher status. As a Super Smasher you’ve got new and exclusive benefits with rewards more personalized to your preferences.
Once you achieve Super Smasher status you keep that status through the year, plus one additional year. Your point balance does not affect your status.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign-in to your Rewards account, then click “Redeem Rewards.” Click on the reward you want and checkout to place it in your account. This will be held in your account for 30 days. This must be completed before you proceed to the ordering page.
Place your order at the restaurant, online or via the app to use the reward towards your order. Make sure you sign-in to your account to access your rewards.
Note: Rewards for a free item do not cover modifications. For example, if you would like to add mushrooms to your Classic BurgerHub Reward, you would pay for that add-on. They also don’t include limited time menu items.
How do I use rewards towards my order?
In-restaurant: Tell your cashier that you would like to use a reward. You can either scan your QR code from the app or provide the cashier with your phone number so they may look you up in the system and apply the reward for you.
Ordering Pickup or Delivery through burgerhub.com: Click the “Order Now” button. Once you are signed in, start placing your order. If you have a qualifying reward it will appear in checkout. You must “apply” the reward to see the discount. An error will appear if your order does not meet the qualifying guidelines.
In the BurgerHub App: Sign in, click the “My Rewards” section on the dashboard to view available rewards. To redeem, press the “Order Now” section on the dashboard, add items to cart and proceed to checkout. Qualifying rewards will appear in checkout, click apply to see the discount.

GIFT CARDS-FAQ
Can you use BurgerHub Gift Cards online?
Yes! Gift cards can be used online, in our app, or in-store.
Can I add my gift card to my account without placing an order?
Unfortunately, no. We no longer allow the ability to add a gift card to your account outside of checkout. However, once you enter the gift card in checkout you can save it to your account to use the remaining balance for future purchases. This applies to both online website and app. We continue to improve the experience and will be adding this feature back soon. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can you send a gift card by email?
Yes! You can order an eGift card
Can I send a physical gift card my mail?
Yes, if you prefer you can send a regular gift card through the mail.
